This old millers cottage has been tastefully and sensitivly restored maintaining many of it's original features such as the fireplace, original stair case and oak beams. It has recently been refurbished offering accomodation of five charming bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, your own private living room with TV, kitchen/ dining room. Internet access available. You will find lots of charm and character, a mixture of stone and wood, modern and old, providing you with a very confortable and relaxing place to stay.

Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast Le Moulin de la Fauvette
We are situated in the heart of La Fauvette, a small hamlet only 3 km from the very historic town of Oradour sur Glane in the region of the Limousin. Only 25 minutes from the centre of Limoges which is siutated about 380 km south of Paris, 320 km north of Toulouse, we are accessible by the motorway A20. We have the convenience of the airport Bellegarde at Limoges only 20 minutes away. Mike and Amanda welcome you to La minoterie, the old Millers Cottage, an independant house offering five comfortable rooms that are situated next to Le Moulin de la Fauvette, the old working mill. La Minoterie benefits from a priveledged location surrounded by 4 hectares of woodland and natural beauty.
Latest news 02/06/2012 : Two new members of the family ! Very hard to resist to these adorable puppies. Miko and Marley are bringing a bit more life to the Moulin de la Fauvette. Mai 2012 : Finally Mike has his pizza oven Mike is finally living his dream of having a bread/pizza oven in his garden. It's in the process of being built, photos are coming as soon as it's finished.
